I'm having trouble getting the day started. I hit the snooze on my alarm about 5 times. Now I'm finding any excuse to keep perusing the internet and not get ready for work. What's funny is that I don't not want to go to work. Apparently I want a fairy godmother to zap me into my work clothes. ;D
Today was the first day of physical therapy to improve my balance. My balance is horrible. There were a lot of exercises designed to strengthen my ankles, most of which I felt good doing at first, but much worse on the 15th repetition. I figure that there's nowhere to go but up. I now need to find a time and place to do these exercises every day at home, which I suppose means clearing out an area and designating it my "exercise space."
They didn't seem to think my fall on the ice counted as a fall, so that's good.
