It's Friday!  My big plans include:  going to work, writing an email with instructions how to request VTO (voluntary time off) or a shift adjustment for Thanksgiving and the day after, restocking the ticket counter with Kleenex, and much, much more!

Turns out I didn't end up having time to get more Kleenex for the ticket counter.  Hopefully, I will have time on Saturday.  I didn't have time to do the e-mail either.  I have a LOT of stuff to do tomorrow.  Flights better be on time so my "down time" at the end of the day will be available for all my extra stuff.
