The snow is lazily coming down, in big flakes. It doesn't look like it's going to amount to much now. (Famous last words?) Today, a very nice friend offered to go grocery shopping for me, which was wonderful. I now have milk and distilled water and salad greens (and Ben & Jerry's 8) ), plus ingredients to cook something this weekend. Hopefully it won't be as bad as my last cooking outing, where I was standing on the boot for an hour and not very happy about it. This recipe has fewer ingredients, so I don't have to spend as much time measuring them, and I got the mushrooms pre-sliced, so I don't need to spend however much time I spent slicing them. I will probably make that tomorrow, as I have Italian sausage that needs to defrost. Tonight I will probably have salad, unless I decide to get delivery from somewhere instead.
