I really want somebody to get me a bagel. More than that, I would love to be able to get one myself, but I think that's going to be a few more weeks before I'm off the crutches.

I spend a good chunk of today baking mini muffins and then regular sized muffins. The mini muffins turned out great. The regular muffins did not because I failed to melt the butter before I added it to the mix. They taste good but I don't know how well they will hold together once they cool. They will probably need to be eaten with a fork. I tried a warm one and it tasted good.
This is the recipe for one of the mini muffins I made. I really like them. I used some a "super green" pre-mixed blend of greens instead of just spinach.
