Today was quite a nice day.  Work was great.  I finished some online training and passed a test to re certify my Ground Security Coordinator certification.  Flights were on time and the passengers were pleasant.  Some of my favorite co-workers were on shift with me and we ordered lunch from a Colombian restaurant.

Sounds like a great day. What is Colombian food like? It seems to be the one nationality of food that is missing around here.

Colombian food seems similar to some Mexican food.  The pork skin reminded me of the Chinese BBQ pork.  I wanted to try their tamales but they were out.  I'm told Colombian tamales are different from Mexican tamales.  I look forward to some day finding out what the differences are.
