it's most people's Monday but it is my Friday. I feel quite productive today because I roasted some zucchini and beets a little while ago. Five minutes of work makes me feel like I've gotten a lot done! :D I tossed the zucchini in some Tuscan herb olive oil so the house smells very good. I'm hoping the rest of the day continues in this same vein.
I had orange chicken for lunch/dinner today. It was delicious, even though it didn't make the entire house smell like orange chicken. (Pity.)
Mmmmmmm.....Orange Chicken. I'd also like some Lemon Chicken. A citrus chicken themed dinner would be wonderous!
