It's going to be a another spring-like day here.  Yesterday i was comfortably walking around without a coat.  I almost got myself out for a walk around the neighborhood but it didn't quite happen.  Hopefully I can take a short walk today in between doing chores and running errands. Also, I'm hoping to make Sara Moulton's White Bean Soup w/ Bread Croutons. The fresh bread croutons sound really interesting.  If I make it I'll let you know how it is.  This really would have been great to have back when the temperatures were in the polar vortex zone but I'm sure it will be very satisfying anyway.
