Happy Saturday! It looks warmer outside than the temperature says it is. Today it's supposed to be in the mid-50s, getting up to the upper 60s by Monday. I could be doing laundry today, but I'm not. I have a lot of things on my list that I don't feel like doing. I am procrastinating on doing my ten minutes of cleaning also. It's not a nice enough day to say I'm blowing things off because it's nice outside. I am just not in the mood to do anything productive now. Maybe that will change by later today.

After weeks (well, months really; not to say the entire past year) of doing absolutely nothing with my evenings and weekends, today I stepped out into the glorious sunny weather to escort my mom to her second vaccine dose, and then spent the afternoon and evening together at her place doing a few chores, cooking lunch and dinner, and catching up on just a few of the things that have been piling up on my watch list: Nomadland, The Thanksgiving Play and Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike.  A very nice day all around.
