I fixed the issue I had with PlayOn! It recorded all night long. I have just 25 episodes left and I'll have the complete collection of Friends. The only reason I wanted to have it is because I've recently started watching it again. It is a good way to unwind after work because I don't have to pay 100% attention to it. And it is low key so I don't get amp'd up right before bedtime.
Today I have a couple of doctor's appointments. It's important that I get them in before 2020 and the start of my new insurance. I selected a different plan for next year and, at least at first, the costs will be higher. I'm hoping that as the year progresses the lower monthly premium combined with my Flexible Healthcare Spending Account will mean lower costs in the end. We shall see what happens.
Season 9, Episode 12 will not record. My collection will be "nearly" complete. Oh well. :( At least I was able to get Pt2 of the Season 9 finale to record. Those two episodes were being really stubborn and I don't know why.
Update - I got the S9E12!! I gave it one last try as I was going to bed and it recorded!!!!
("The Mandalorian" didn't record overnight but I can try that again later. )
I choose to view this as an auspicious start to 2020. O:-)
