I made short ribs earlier this week for the first time. I have learned that short ribs are, in general, too fatty for me. They are very tasty and not all have the same amount of fat but overall I don't think they are worth the price.
I have also learned that I can't keep going to Bou Nom bakery like I have been since it opened last week. I've been there three times. The amount of goodies I got to eat there and bring home make those the equivalent of at least six trips. There was a possibility I was going to meet some co-workers there on my way into work this morning. They never got back to me and I'm glad. My clothing is starting to get a little tight. ;D :o ;D
