I am going to try to find one positive thing to say about every day this week. This is hard for me because I am generally pessimistic in nature, but I guess I'm also bored.
My positive thought about yesterday was that the PBS pledge drive is over! That is something worth celebrating.
Today, it's that I have never, in 20+ years, seen the post office so empty. The parking lot was so empty that I had to check to make sure the "open" sign was in place. Usually this office has a line snaking around the space and going out the door. Plus, they were exceedingly friendly, and they had also changed the radio station to my favorite station.
I have no idea how long I can keep this up. I might be relying on the end of the pledge drive for a couple of days.
