It's not actually all that warm today. Highs in the mid-80s. But I was just outside watering plants, filling the bird feeder, filling the bird bath and getting the garbage can from the curb and now I'm Hot. Not HOT. I'm very glad of the a/c. I didn't think I was getting too warm until I came back inside. This definitely means I'm not mowing the lawn today. Possibly tonight but probably tomorrow if it doesn't rain.
It was supposed to get up to 95°F today, and I don't know if it did or not. It's cloudy, so that makes it feel a little less hot.
I have finished Draft 1 of the Cover Letter from Hell >:D and am putting it aside so my brain can look at it fresh tomorrow. This evening I have to finish a proposal, but I can't do anything until 7:00 or so.
What is a good way to lie and say you're proficient in some kind of software when you're not? I'm familiar with the software, I've used it, I can fake my way through it, and I can fix someone else's mistakes, but I haven't had time or opportunity to become proficient in it.
