It is 69°F outside, and I'm watching a dog and its person walking past my window. That is about all that is going on around here. The kids aren't playing football, and the dog who usually chases a frisbee isn't out now.
I made pasta for lunch, and I have a lot of leftovers, which is what I want when I'm cooking. I made a recipe from Giada de Laurentiis (https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/giada-de-laurentiis/farfalle-with-turkey-sausage-peas-and-mushrooms-recipe-1941042), which I like because it's easy and doesn't have many ingredients. Although it has turkey sausage in the recipe, I used regular Italian sausage because I had a hard time finding turkey sausage. So it's not quite as healthy as it should be.
It is way too nice a day to be staring out the window. 8)
In keeping with the theme of dogs I'd like you to meet our newest employee, Beauregard. He came to visit work this evening. I took him for a walk when I had a break in my schedule. He somehow managed to find a dead bird. I was able to get it out of his mouth and I think he only ate a couple feathers.
