Right now it's 87°, which feels delightful after four days of triple digits. We're going out on a walk later today, and I'll see how hot it still is. It actually looks like there's a bit of a breeze outside, so it may be nice for our walk. No mail today, because it's a federal holiday, although since the actual holiday is tomorrow, I wonder about mail delivery. I'm just assuming we're not getting any until Monday.
We got mail today. Our weather has been climbing back into the high 80s. It will peak mid-week and then dip into the 70s. Or that is what is currently forecasted. Who knows what will actually happen? If the temps do go lower I know we have stretches of 90s coming in July and August. I'm enjoying the cooler weather while it is here.
How was you walk? Did you two have a good time? Does Bernadette like to go on walks?

We had a good, though not very long, walk. It felt significantly cooler, although still hot, and Bernadette has short legs. She loves going on walks and smelling all the fun smells out there.
