Good Morning!
I'm feeling very productive this morning because I made smoothies and salads for myself and my mom. I've been making smoothies nearly every day. I was making us salads every day but stopped at some point over the summer. Hopefully, I'm getting back in that habit as I need to eat more vegetables. I found a new dressing that I like so that should help me increase my salad intake.
PS - Both the salad and the smoothies have a common ingredient today. I used some "Protein Greens" in both. It's a mix of baby greens that are supposed to have extra protein, I guess. I got them because I was out of baby spinach and thought I'd try something different.
