Today I am trying to correct a mistake I made on Friday. I sent two things in for repair last year. Due to various reasons I never got back to the company to let them know what I wanted to do. On Friday I called and thought I was getting a credit for both items. Turns out I'm getting a credit for only one and the other is being shipped back to me. I'm hoping I can still get the credit for the 2nd item. I'm on hold right now with the customer service department.
