It's 78° outside and I have my windows open in the house. We went on an exploratory walk today, where we took some street that we had never tried before. I was actually feeling hot during our walk, probably because there's no shade on the trees. I also forgot to bring any kind of hat, and the sun is very bright. We were kind of tired at the end of the walk, even though we didn't go any farther than any of our normal walks. I know we're out of practice, though.
Right now Bernadette is barking at something out the window. I think she likes having the window open.
I'm back in Dallas until Friday. It was very cold in CT when I left for the airport. I'm lucky that I work there so I can leave my winter jacket in my locker. Here in TX it was bright, sunny, and warm. it was 80 degrees when we left work. I had to change into shorts for the walk from the hotel to Panda Express when we went to get dinner.
Tomorrow will be warm with a good chance of thunderstorms in the evening. I'm kind of hoping for a lot of rolling thunder. It would be a nice background to have while I'm prepping for class.
