I had a fabulous bagel from Rosenberg's (http://rosenbergs.ryanachtman.com/) for breakfast. Their secret is that they have spent thousands of dollars on a special water filtering system so they can make Colorado water more like authentic New York water, which allegedly yields better bagels. I don't know if it's actually the water or not, but the bagels are quite tasty, especially today, when it was fresh out of the oven and schmeared with cream cheese. Yum.
That sounds very tasty! I had a skillet type breakfast. It had hash browns, egg, cheese, and several times of meat.
