Today is March 15. I had a delicious Lean Cuisine entree for lunch. Actually, it was pretty good, as far as these things go. It was Maple Bourbon Chicken, which had long grain and wild rice, chicken, cranberries and pecans in a sauce. Today my big plans are going to the post office, and cleaning up the bathroom enough to get a new sink installed. This means cleaning the counter around the sink, the floor around the sink and the cabinet under the sink, and probably something else that I can't think of right now.
Yesterday, for Pi(e) Day, I did nothing pie-related, although I did go to Costco, where pizza was available for lunch. (I had the hot dog and soda instead.) I ended up making the day Errand-Running Day, with stops at Great Clips, Lowe's, Home Depot, King Soopers and Costco. But I didn't have any pie, and didn't even think about buying a piece at King Soopers.
Today it could reach 70 degrees F.
