I had occupational therapy this afternoon, which is why I'm sore. I've been putting ice/cold packs on the joint, and the cold feels really good when it's 90° outside. I have not turned on my AC yet this season, but I am going to break down and do it soon. Maybe even in five minutes.
I have had a difficult time sleeping: a combination of the sling, general restlessness and warm temps. Last night I turned on the attic fan, then finally drifted off, so the fan was going for a while, making its racket that is too loud to watch TV, but apparently not too loud to sleep through.
Glad you were able to get to sleep Kathy. I wish an attic fan was an option for me. Back in CT, there were many nights when I wished the house had one. Here in TX the overnight temps will soon not go below 80 degrees. They already are barely reaching the low/mid 70s. Even if I had an attic fan it would be too hot to use it.
