Title: 4th March 2018 - The Big Thaw
Post by: MartinG on Mar 04, 2018, 09:01 AM
Snow has virtually gone, which is a pity and a relief in equal parts. You're always sorry...

So pleased I managed to fix the pump in the pond, as the waterfall has been a lifeline for our feathered friends during the wintry privations.

A very Happy Birthday to @Leighton   :)

Happy birthday, Leighton!

I celebrated by buying a ticket to Sunday in the Park with George for April and by seeing a world premiere play, The Great Leap And trying to dodge all the Hamilton theatergoers, who were seeing their show in the same complex that I was seeing my show. I decided in January that I was going to see Sunday instead of Hamilton (about the same price, but much greater availability), and I'm hoping that the decision doesn't come back to bite me  in the face.

I honestly would love to see Hamilton, but it's more than likely coming back next year, and maybe then the demand for tickets won't be quite so crazed.
