Except for people in Arizona and Hawaii, it's a shorter than normal weekend. I certainly want to go back to bed. I have been procrastinating from doing work all of Saturday so far, and I'll see how long I can procrastinate today.
Last night I watched a great hockey game with a lousy first period. Because we won, the series is now tied, and there will be a third and deciding game tonight. This makes it extremely easy to procrastinate, although I suspect that some time before going to the game, I'm going to have to hunker down and actually do something.
My weekend is short because today is both my Saturday and Sunday. I guess that technically last Monday was my Saturday since our pay week runs from Mon-Sun. But it's all good because in just less than two weeks I'll be NYC for a day or two catching up with a certain brazen hussy. :)
Kathy - I hope you get as much work done as you need to have done so you can fully enjoy the game!
We won! Now we go on to the second round of conference playoffs, which really don't mean a lot except for bragging rights in the conference. Although the winners of each conference get automatically picked for the tournament, much like the NCAA basketball tournament--though there are a lot fewer teams in the NCAA men's ice hockey tournament.
