Today I made a very nice beef and veggie chili in my InstantPot. I browned the stew meat in the InstantPot, added onions and garlic and sauteed some more. Then I added two can of beans, a can of petite diced tomatoes, celery, carrots, yellow squash, zucchini and seasonings. And some tomato paste. Cooked on high pressure for 25 minutes. Let it sit for a half hour or so and released the remaining pressure. It turned out pretty well for a throw-together meal. I'm going to have some over couscous for lunch tomorrow.
