The carrot soup turned out pretty well, I think. It's hard for me to tell because I've got allergy issues and my sense of taste is off. I made it last night and pureed it this morning. I might have added too much cayenne pepper. Guess we'll have to see how it matures between now and Friday to know for sure if it has too much kick. If it's too peppery then I guess my co-workers won't be able to accuse me of bringing in bland soup.
Speaking of soup, they have cheesy chicken tortilla, veggie chili and broccoli cheddar next door at the coffeeshop today.
