I decided to make a hotdish for dinner tonight. I think there is way too much sauce but I also used about 4/10 lbs less meat than the recipe called for. That could be the difference. I'm looking forward to eating some in about 45 minutes once it is cooked and has had a chance to cool a bit. And I bet it will be even better for lunch tomorrow. I added some beef flavor Better Than Bouillon because I thought it could use some extra beefy goodness. I also thought I wasn't going to add the parm cheese so the salt wouldn't be an issue. But I did and I don't think it will be too salty.
