If I get up the motivation it will be (ground) Turkey Tuesday. I will cook up some turkey with a premade Sisig sauce. That isn't exactly how it's supposed to be used but it is what I have on hand. Sisig is "A rich umani bomb kissed by tart calamansi." I got a started package containing three different asian starter sauces from Omsom.com (https://omsom.com/). I've made the Lemongrass BBQ and the Larb. They are pretty good.
