I finally made the ground turkey with Filipino Sisig sauce. It's good. It has a touch of heat. I had it over spaghetti squash I cooked in my electric pressure cooker. I discovered it was better when I lightly dotted the squash with butter before putting the meat over it. (What a shock. It's better with butter. ;) )
The actual instructions say to use pork belly. But I have ground turkey to use up so that's what I made. I think you could use any meat you'd like and it would be fine.
