It's supposed to be rainy and snowy for the rest of the week, but today is sunny. We'll see if that forecast actually holds up.

The proud achievement of my day was that I cooked two and a half meals today so I'm all set for tomorrow and maybe even Wednesday. I made the Braised Cabbage (https://food52.com/recipes/85252-braised-cabbage-cashew-milk-chile-crisp-recipe?utm_source=YouTube&utm_medium=SocialMarketing&utm_campaign=Editorial&fbclid=IwAR3cZxpIKf1Aawd-6vTPHGIrGq0RfXEh8qi0cipv4qw2GkeHdt89pNaKl1k) again today. It is very good. I didn't make it spicy and I omitted the chili oil stuff because mom doesn't like spicy food. (also, I was too lazy to make it) And then I made a Stir Fry with Tofu and Cucumbers. And while the cabbage was in the oven I seasoned some haddock loins and put them in to bake.
