Title: An American In Paris
Post by: MartinG on Sep 10, 2017, 12:37 PM
We saw this on Thursday for our 26th anniversary and it was a delight. Enjoyed the interpolation of The Man I Love and But Not For Me, but missed Love Is Here To Stay. Craig Lucas' new book is slick and witty but retains the heart of the show. Loved the set designs and ingenious animation with more than a slight resemblance to the Menier Sunday

The biggest relief is that Angela, not the world's most avid Musical Theatre fan but who thought it looked like her cup of tea, loved it.  O:-)

We saw it when it came to LA. It was delightful.
