Today I am working the first half of my shift at the airport and then leaving to see a simulcast of Michelle Obama speaking at the Bushnell. She sold out both the big theater (2500+ seats) where she'll be speaking and the small er theater (1000+ seats) next door where they will have a closed circuit TV broadcast of what's happening in the big theater. I'm still holding out hope that some of the volunteer ushers in the big theater have to cancel and I'll get "called up" to work over there.
If Michelle Obama comes to your town, do everything you can to get tickets to see her speak. She is amazing.
