Well, someone has to start it!
I'm in Las Vegas until Sunday, and have been having some good restaurant adventures, none as satisfying as my discovery of Luv-It Frozen Custard, an independently owned little walk-up ice cream stand on the far north end (read: seedy but still charming) end of the strip, which may not even be the strip anymore as Las Vegas Boulevard approaches downtown. They make fresh vanilla and chocolate every day, and then have two flavors of the day. Last night's were coconut and pineapple. I decided to have the S'mores Sundae, which is hot fudge, marshmallow, and graham cracker crumbs. But I had them make it with the coconut custard. I finished it just to be polite. ;D

Then Bartolotta Ristorante di Mare at The Wynn. (which I guess has closed)
And now Frozen Custard!!
Slowly but surely WI influences what it means to be Las Vegas. O0
