Approaching the end of extensive preparations for tonight's Greek themed party... (Just because, really!)
Menu includes:
- The obligatory Greek salad
- Chicken souvlaki
- Lamb koftes
- Courgette and cheese fritters
- Tzatziki
- Fried Halloumi with lime dressing
- Mini filo cheese pies
- Chickpea salad
- Baklava
- Sparkling rosé jelly with red berries
- Ice cream
...and at least one thing I've forgotten.
What can possibly go wrong??..... :-[
...oh yes, Mediterranean roast potatoes.
And wine of course.
And cocktails.
