The term "petting party" suggests that the movie probably came out in the late 50s, early 60s, but I'm still drawing a blank. Any clues, @valmont?

Both of this picture's stars appeared in a number of films by its director. But this was the only one they appeared in together.  (The quote is not spoken by either of their characters.)
