@AmyG and I have seen the pilot and plan to see more, but right now we're caught up in Ken Burns' The Vietnam War, which is available for streaming in its entirety on the PBS website and Roku app, at least for PBS contributors. (I don't know if you can stream it in Canada.) It's as powerful as anything I've seen on TV since Burns' Civil War series.

We're off to the UK next week, so it'll be a while before we can see more of The Deuce, not to mention Outlander, This Is Us, the rest of The Vietnam War, etc.

I'm liking the show very much.

EXCEPT for...there's nudity and sex for all the gals - lesbian and straight - and there was potential for a little gay stuff this week and we saw NUTHIN'.  Boo!

And...and you all will eyeroll...it's late April of 1971 on 42nd Street.  Wouldn't there be SOME Broadway posters up on the walls, particularly Follies??   :)) :))
