The idea for this game is simple. Represent lyrics from a song using only emojis and punctuation. How you do this is up to you, but as in the First Five Words game, the person who correctly identifies the song gets to play the next one. You don't necessarily need to use the opening lyrics from the song, but it wouldn't hurt. I've put an explanation of how to use the emojis in Windows 10 in the Testing section, but if you need help for other operating systems and devices, just ask and we'll put instructions in the support section. Here's my first attempt, which I hope will be relatively easy (and will look correct on other devices):

💰?
👫?

Name that song.

NEW RULES: We can have multiple emoji lyrics in play at the same time to keep the game moving and you can guess without posting a new one. Anybody can post a new one at any time, though occasionally reposting old ones is advised if they get lost in the crowd.

No takers? Let me see.

I can't even tell what those are.

Tepee/question mark
People/question mark
blue blob
dove

?

I can't answer anyway, because I don't have the capability of posting emojis for a new lyric. All my equipment is running outdated operating systems. But I think it's a great game!

You might need to zoom in a bit to seem to see them more clearly. But here's a general hint: Think conceptually. Once you figure out what the objects are, what could they represent?

You could always copy/paste them from the unicode website http://unicode.org/emoji/charts/full-emoji-list.html 🤓 <-- (and make them bigger)

👫?

Name that song

Did you ever get an answer?
"Send in the Clowns" - "Isn't it rich? Are we a pair?"

I never use emojis ... I never got past emoticons.  So someone else can go if I'm right!
I chose, and my world was shaken. So what? The choice may have been mistaken, the choosing was not.

Thank God someone finally got it! ;)

Emojis really aren't that hard. If you're on an Apple mobile device, just hit the smiley face button on the keyboard. (This may depend on which keyboard is up.) In Windows and, I assume, the Mac, there are pop-up, on-screen keyboards with a smiley face button for emojis.

Anybody take the next one. I've noticed several of you using emoji.s

It is my understanding this is not necessarily Sondheim or musical theatre. With that in mind...

I don't have Amy's yet, but I'm going to make a couple of new rules. We can have multiple emoji lyrics in play at the same time to keep the game moving. And you can guess without posting a new one. This one is a song title:

See my first post for more details on the new rules.

I can't see this very well, and have no idea how to enlarge something on my screen (it's a Windows computer). Is it Stop the World, I Want to Get Off?  I guess that's not a song title. Dang. But it looks like someone flying off the world. :)

No, but it sounds like you're seeing the right images. (Control+mousewheel usually resizes the screen.)

Hey, clearly Nulipp has a talent for guessing these! (So can you get mine, Michael?)
