As for the rest of the nominations, it's nice to see Yola get a few.

As much as I loved Cursed Child, I'm not sure I approve of it being lumped in with musical theatre album.  I almost feel like it belongs in soundtracks or some other movie-type category.  

Today I experimented with making mashed potatoes the sous vide way.  I haven't finished the experiment yet but I'm thinking it's not worth the trouble unless you have a vacuum sealer.  It is very difficult to get the air out of a Ziplock bag filled with potatoes and because of that the bags want to float in the water.  On the plus side, the potatoes are extremely buttery tasting.  (I put butter in the bag before cooking.)  In that way they are delicious.
