I just noticed that our server was down. Sorry about that guys. Back up now, obviously. I was trying to fix a problem and it seemed to have created a bigger one.

Happy last day of Hanukkah. I'm making latkes again tonight. I made them for the family on Christmas Day for a Christmas/Hanukkah celebration along with Brisket, Noodle Kugel, with Egg Nog and Rugelach for dessert. The latkes tasted pretty good but my cooking process could use some improvements (they tended to fall apart in the pan) so, since I still have all the ingredients, I've decided to try again tonight for just us two.
