1 January 2020 Baking Wednesday No. 3

Today I decided to bake one last batch of cookies before I put everything away in the freezer. I put too much vanilla in this batch (I wasn't paying attention, and I used two tablespoons instead of two teaspoons ). I have decided that I don't like baking much. I like the end result, but I dislike having to attempt to cream the butter and sugar and mix everything to form a dough. Maybe I'd like baking muffins more because I just need to make a batter instead of a dough. There has to be a recipe for cranberry white chocolate chip muffins where I can use up my leftover ingredients. Although then I'd need to buy those muffin tin liners, and I'd never get rid of those.
