2 September 2021 Cooler! Yippee!

Today the high temperature is forecast to be in the low 80s, and it's currently 78°F, which feels lovely. We took a long walk this morning and felt great afterwards. Then I went to Costco to get gas (by myself, because it was right after breakfast, and I didn't want to have to clean up the inside of the car), and then came home and haven't done much of anything. I cooked some potstickers for lunch, and I'm trying to work up the desire to empty the dishwasher, but I'm not feeling it.

I think we may go on a somewhat longer walk this afternoon, since the temperature should actually be pleasant!

Today turned out to be a beautifully sunny and cool day.  It was so nice that I mowed both the front and back yard!  

I'm glad it was a nice day for you and Bernadette, Kathy.  Being able to go on a long walk without risk of heat stroke must have been a relief for the both of you.
