It is beautifully sunny outside. We went on our afternoon walk, and I had to avoid both the goose poop and the geese themselves. Bernadette wanted to walk over a patch of snow rather than around it, so I followed her, but next time I'm going to make her follow me.

Today I am planning my strategy for next week so I can maximize my trips to the grocery store. I need to buy Coke, which happens to be on sale for a good price due to the Super Bowl, but I can only buy up to 4 12-packs in any trip, so I'm thinking I can buy four on the way home tomorrow, then maybe go to a different King Soopers and get four more, and then I can go get four more on Thursday, and I'll be supplied for the foreseeable future.

 I also need milk and distilled water.
