It is a beautiful sunny day today and so far the only time I've left my hotel room was to get some of the complimentary breakfast.  I'll be leaving in about an hour to do my prep work for Monday and be a resource for any students who want to come to "study hall" between noon and two this afternoon.  
Then I'll meet up with a co-worker and go to the mall.  His wife might join us.  When I was making plans with him I took a look at the various things we could do and I decided that I didn't want anything more mentally challenging than going shopping.  I'm loving teaching but this first two weeks has taken a lot out of me.  It will get easier as the classes progress.  I knew the first round would be the hardest.  It hasn't been as tough as I feared it might be for me.  So that is a good thing.  
Another good thing is that Golden Chick got their soft serve ice cream machine fixed so I can get dessert when I eat there.
