It's actually 92° outside, but I'm trying to think of the weather in more positive terms.

There is a person experiencing homelessness who has moved onto the mini storage grounds next door. He has got a tent and a lot of stuff, including a couple of bicycles and four car tires. He also has a dog who, yesterday, got away from her leash and ran out to meet Bernadette. They enjoyed sniffing each other. I have no idea how long the two of them are going to stay in their tent on the mini storage property. Our HOA is not extremely happy about the situation and has alerted the mini storage business owner about it.
