8 October 2017 Bye! And snow!

The local NFL team has a bye this week, so I have no excuse to not work this afternoon, except I'm procrastinating. I got a drive enclosure from Amazon this morning and put my old hard drive from my old computer in, and it works just fine, so the drive isn't dead. That's where I keep a ton of music, so I'm hoping to transfer the old drive over to the new computer, which I still haven't bought.

It's supposed to snow like crazy tonight. I am not looking forward to going to a doctor's appointment tomorrow. The good news is that the snow shouldn't stick much to the sidewalks and roads, because it's been in the 70s this weekend, including today.

Good news about the drive!  Reobtaining all that music would have been a pain.  Even if you have it all on CD, the time to rip it all to the computer would have been an nuisance. (Although it would have been a great way to procrastinate from doing other things.   )
