Today is my first day back to work following my vacation.  I'm so excited about it that I'm procrastinating getting ready for work and posting here instead!

I confirmed today that I really, really like gluten. Gluten-free pasta does not do it for me. I feel like an evil person for admitting this. 

I also love bagels, chocolate cake, waffles, English muffins and crusty Italian bread.
