It is a beautiful Tuesday outside, because it is not too hot yet—it's about 70° at 5:19 pm, which is nice walking weather. I wish it would stay like this, but no, it will be in the 80s by Friday.

I am not very patiently waiting for road construction to be over at the major intersection by my house. The traffic only goes through in two directions (out of four), and the westbound city buses (as well as a lot of other westbound traffic) are taking a detour through our neighborhood. This construction has been going on since the third week of April.

Things to look forward to this week: the dentist and the vet. The vet wants me to bring a stool sample. The dentist doesn't want me to bring anything.
