Today my work day starts at 04:30 PM versus the AM shifts I've mostly been working.  I've been on mid-shifts this whole week and it's been nice not having to get up at two in the morning.  I continue mid-shifts next week except for next Sunday when I'll have a quick turn-around and start at 5 AM.  That is followed by a week of closing shifts to which I'm actually looking forward.  The closing shift is usually much more laid back and less stressful than the mid-shift (the hardest shift in my opinion).  I don't want to close all the time but the change will be very nice for a week.  Then it's back to various morning shifts for the month of July.  

Other good news for today:  it's a nice cool day.  That means I can wear my vest at work.  And that means I can show off my Game of Thrones pin my friend, Dori, got me when she was in Ireland last month.  It's a really cool pin with a wolf's head that is only available when you take a tour led by people who were extras in GoT.
