It's Sunday, and I made the mistake of turning on a football game that turned out to be a really, really lousy football game. So I'm in a bad mood, which I wouldn't be in if I had never turned on the game in the first place. This is why I think football is bad for me. 

I think I need to go empty the dishwasher now.

I did do a load of laundry today.  So I can say I was productive.  

I am trying to wind down and go to sleep.  I'm almost there.  I think rewatching an episode of "Rick and Morty" is just what I need to get me there.  It is exciting and at the same time non-challenging.  I would do some reading but i'm afraid I'll get caught up in the book and want to keep reading for hours.
