I suppose it's up to me to keep these daily threads ongoing, since Tom is on vacation. Let's hope that (a) I remember and that (b) enough interesting things happen to make it worth posting. Not that that's stopped me before.    By the way, other people are free to start Daily Threads if they want to!

So, today is Tuesday, and I am procrastinating from working on a newsletter. I'm guessing I can keep this procrastination going for a couple more days before I absolutely have to work on it.
