07-JAN-19 A Leisurely Start

Today I don't have to be at work until noon so I'm starting the day at a leisurely pace.  I worked on a photo book for my trip to Australia.  I watched some videos. In an hour it will finally be time to start getting ready for work.  I need to find something productive (or not) to do for the next hour.  I think it will be catching up on another episode of Battlestar Galactica.

My LDL and triglycerides are high.  I'm also low on Vitamin D. I need to take 10,000 I.U. daily and go back in three months for a new blood test.

The vitamin D capsules that I have are 1000 I.U. each, so I just took ten of them. I've got to get something more practical.
