1-AUG-19 Twas the Night Before Sous Vide

Either Friday or Saturday I'm going to try out my new Sous Vide thingy.  I'm trying to figure out what to make.  I think the first couple of things are going to be an egg thing like you can get at Starbucks and then steak.  A night of reflection and seeing what is on sale at the grocery store tomorrow will help me figure things out.  If you have any ideas or favorites, please share them.
